Believing: The Key To A Better Life

It’s the key to having a better life or having a life of misery and struggle – it just depends on what you believe, about you and about the world.

You have to believe in you – It’s been said many times, by successful athletes, actors, entrepreneurs, those who reached tremendous success and even those who have failed or not done as well as they would have liked

The common theme is simple: those who believe always succeed
Those who don’t believe always fail

It’s really that simple or is it?

If you want to achieve anything, if you want to have any success, what ever goal you want to achieve you have to believe that you can and will succeed

If you don’t believe you can you’ll simply give up and that leads to automatic failure. Because once you give up, it’s game over.

It’s easy to give up and if you’re one of those people that can’t seem to succeed or experience the success you want then you may not truly believe in yourself and/or that you can achieve the success you want.

When that happens there’s a good chance that you’ve formed some negative beliefs. These are beliefs tied to thoughts that basically say you  can’t do certain things or that you can’t achieve your goals.

They’re negative beliefs and if you have any desire to be successful or have a better life you need to change them, get rid of them.

Here’s what you can do to get rid of the negative and limiting beliefs holding you back.

Think about what you would like to achieve and then track the thoughts that come up.
Your thoughts are usually tied to your beliefs and vice versa.
When you find negative thoughts, make a note of them and start changing them and you’ll begin the process of changing your beliefs.

If you have negative thoughts tied to long standing beliefs then you’ll likely get some resistance from your mind and you may find those negative thoughts getting stronger and stronger.
Your mind is just putting up resistance to changes and the best way to deal with that resistance is to take a gentle approach and keep working on changing those negative thoughts and
negative beliefs.

Your beliefs really shape and create your life and there’s scientific proof of this. Your beliefs and how you view the world also impact your happiness, health, sense of well being and motivation.

Science has also found that you can change your beliefs and once you do you can alter the course of your life, improve your health and begin to thrive – but that requires removing and replacing the negative beliefs that hold you back.

The wrong beliefs can doom you to a life of misery and failure.

For example: If you believe that life is difficult then you’ll always have difficulty in life.

If you believe there are no good ways to make money then you’ll never find great ways to make money

If you believe you can’t succeed, you never will. Instead, you’ll just give up

Your life is a mirror of your beliefs. So if you’re having difficulty in a particular area of your life take a look at your beliefs in that area.

You’ll discover a number of beliefs that are holding you back and preventing you from succeeding.

These need to be changed. And the sooner you do that the better.

The longer the beliefs stay in place the stronger they get and the harder they become to change or remove.

Over the years you developed your beliefs which have created your life

Now they continue to shape your life.
Your subconscious keeps creating your life based on your beliefs.

And when you have negative beliefs you create more negative situations in your life.

When you have positive beliefs, you create more positive situations.

You get to choose your beliefs, choose them wisely. Don’t accept negative beliefs, don’t accept failure

Beliefs that don’t allow you to succeed or don’t help you achieve your goals should be removed and replaced.

Now you can’t simply dig into your mind and remove all the beliefs that don’t work for you.

Instead, you have to apply specific steps, change your thought patterns, then remove and replace the negative beliefs.
