To receive a refund all Creating Power material must be returned to us. You will need to contact us for Return instructions and an RMA Number.

Returned product and packaging must be complete, undamaged and in original condition, otherwise refunds may be prorated or forfeited at Creatimg Power's discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
